Hello my name is Tasha owner of Empire Financial Solutions. I was born in Syracuse, NY but raised in Arlington, TX the home of the “America’s Team”, The Dallas Cowboys. Yes, I am one of those obnoxious Dallas Cowboy fans!!
I have two children my son is 11. He sleeps, drinks and eats Basketball. My daughter is 19 and a freshman at a university in Houston, Tx.
I am a registered nurse going on 17 years, a profession which allowed me to live out my passion for serving my community. I started my nursing career in a county hospital on the gynecology floor in which I cared for all types of women from all different backgrounds. I also owned a home health agency for many years.
Building upon my core value of service, I have been in the tax industry for 10 years. I began working as a tax professional within my company First Class Tax Service, providing professional tax preparation services to individuals in underserved communities, helping them to thrive financially. I not only prepare their taxes but I also educate them on subjects from how to correctly fill out a W4, to tax deductions and tax credits. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit in 2020, I decided to focus on my tax business full time, and First Class Tax Service was re branded to Empire Financial Solutions.
